About Karol
Karol has been immersed in the world of sports from an early age, inspired by a strong family tradition—his mother being a national champion in sprinting. At just 8 years old, he began his journey with Aikido and Taekwondo, quickly expanding his training to include kickboxing and boxing, where he truly excelled. After years of dedication, he earned a spot on the national team, representing his country at various levels and securing multiple prestigious titles, including 10-time national champion, 2-time European champion, and world vice-champion. Over his career, he has competed in over 150 bouts in both kickboxing and boxing.
Karol’s expertise extends beyond striking arts. He has also trained in freestyle wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), where he has achieved great success both as an athlete and a coach. His versatility across these disciplines has earned him numerous accolades, including several medals.
Karol’s commitment to sports led him to graduate from a specialized sports high school, followed by a university degree, where he gained coaching qualifications and certifications in areas such as dietetics, fitness and mental training—three fields he is particularly passionate about.
