As a passionate athlete and trained professional, Marek has been involved in various sports disciplines from a young age and was inspired by his father and brother, who are also professionals athletes. With a background as a Personal Trainer, (kick)boxing instructor, and fitness instructor, Marek has built a solid foundation in the fitness industry. Marek’s love for kickboxing-Boxing and Fitness began at the age of 9, when he was a small and fragile child who had to build confidence and strength (mentally and physically). Now as a professional coach knowing how it feels to be insecure, Marek can put himself in the position of others that might feel the same way when they start their journey of self-improvement. This allows him to help people and specifically kids overcome their fears and insecurities in a way that makes them feel comfortable and self fulfilled.
